I have just started using Merry Maids, after checking out several local companies. I got a very good feeling after I spoke to their office and again when I met with a representative for an in home consultation. Merry Maids took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered me options to fit my needs. They are extremely professional and paid attention to all the little details. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and convenient for me. My home has never looked so good! I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received both from the cleaners and the office staff. It was wonderful to come back to a clean and fresh smelling home. I can't wait for my next cleaning!

All the ladies are professional and the girls back at the office are always accommodating. Most products used are good some others I feel could be better. I do have the ladies use my products for certain things.
I'm not sure every employee is trained the same way, ie cleaning everything in a room they are suppose to, or removing area rugs to clean the floor. Most do, some don't.

People are genuine and caring as well as understanding. The fact that the products are also considered "GREEN" and better for the environment is also a plus.

The ladies come promptly. Once I commented on the mirrors being blurry and looking like they were smeared and the next week they used a different cleaner and the mirrors were then as shiny as they should be.

I have tried so hard to clean certain areas in my house, and with no success. But Kristy came in and did the job that I guess I was too lazy to figure out myself. The job she did was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.
