Overall, when I have used Merry Maids I have been satisfied. Although the cleaning quality in New York has been nothing in comparison to when I had services in Texas. Until the last cleaning service by Dave and Mary. They did a phenomenal job and it reminded me of the thorough cleaning I used to receive in Texas. Sometimes I have provided a tip to the merry maid crew and I will see the same areas overlooked and not cleaned. It has looked like my floors are not cleaned, places not dusted, etc. I like the smell of a clean house when I walk in and I generally have not received that until Dave and Mary came a couple of weeks ago.

Dave was great...he cleaned much better than I ever did! My place looked great after he left, and he was such a pleasant individual to have clean my home!

It's a little premature to fill out your requests. I had a very good experience with the first appointment for cleaning last Tuesday. I would be willing to give feedback after I continue to have further appointments. The Merry Maid, Margie, was a pleasure to have in my home and I was so pleased with how thoroughly she cared for my home.

The latest team is very thorough. Merry maids day is always pizza might because we want the kitchen to stay clean at least one day! I have been very pleased with Mary and Katrina (and was always happy when Joi cleaned).

Staff was professional towards me. Products seem to work nicely, especially on my glass stove top.

I did wonder if dirty dishes are to be washed or placed into dishwasher? Aksom if trash in my trash bin should be taken outside.

It smells and feels very clean after Merry Maids has done their work. I also like how they take ownership of their work - I overheard the team talking about their plan for cleaning our house and they referred to the kitchen as "my kitchen" in the following manner, "when I'm done with my kitchen I will then move on to my bathroom", so that made me feel as though they were treating it as their own.

The cleaners were professional, very thorough and were easily able to communicate with me about what I needed to have done. I appreciate the hard work they did!
