We really like Taylor and Chloe (and the third woman, who's name I forget!). They are very kind and did a nice job. However, the hard floors are still dirty. I spilled some water right after they left and when I wiped it up, my paper towel came up black. I'm disappointed in this; I asked for a deep clean and it seems the hard floors were just wiped over, not scrubbed.
