Desiree was easy to communicate with regarding the job. The crew was friendly and efficient.

As usual, a new team, but one had been here before, although some time ago. Ground a batch of coffee and didn't tell me, so I have a double batch of grounds to use. I'm not impressed with refolding my towels in thirds and the fancy paper folds on the TP roll. Otherwise, the cleaning was accomplished well.

The cleaning team from Merry Maids is always very efficent. They can clean everything we need to have done in a minimal amount of time. It is so nice to have everything done at one time and know the whole house is clean. Everywhere you look is clean, smells good and you aren't at all tired or worn out. After they leave I get to go around and decorate, because I still have some energy. Energy I wouldn't have if I had done everything myself.

This was my first endeavor at hiring someone to help me clean at my home. The two individuals were very friendly and did whatever was necessary. They worked the entire two hours they were here and were open to more than was actually asked (as they finished with cleaning the outsides of my kitchen cabinets probably in 1 hour, 15 minutes). They went further to clean bathroom cabinets and to also do the doors to all the rooms in the house. I was a very happy camper!!! Yes, I would recommend Merry Maids and, in fact, have already done so.
