I like having my home get a deep clean every other week and everyone who has come to my house has been very friendly and nice.

Everything looks good and the girls are very pleasant.

The Merry Maids have been helping us keep our house clean for years and the gals always do a wonderful job. The only thing I would would comment on is, for the past few weeks, there has been a distinct moldy smell on the counters of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, probably from the rags used to clean the surfaces. The smell lingers until I wipe the surfaces down with disposable wipes. Three weeks ago, a pile of rags was inadvertently left behind and they definitely had a very strong moldy smell to them.

The service is outstanding, the ladies very pleasant (as well as thorough), and the level of communication is excellent. I expect to continue using Merry Maids for quite some time to come.

Employees were extremely friendly and detailed with their approach to the work needing to be completed.

I do have a concern with the timeliness of the appointment. It was changed a couple of times and then the employees were actually 2 hours late when they finally did make it.

THE TECHNICIANS ARE QUIET, QUICK , WELL TRAINED , AND ARE ABLE TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX--ALSO THERE WAS A $10.00 BILL DROPPED AT CHRISTMAS TIME ----WEDGED BETWEEN THE COUCH AND FISH TANK--IT WAS PICKED UP AND LEFT ON THE TABLE-FOR SANDRA AND MYSELF-----------THIS IS UNHEARD OF NOW-A-DAYS-! we not only recommend merry maids to all of our friends--we e-mail and twitter also !!
