You can always tell the house is clean by the wonderful way the house smells when they are done cleaning. They do a wonderful job consistently!
The ladies are always so polite and friendly. The house smells and looks great after they have been there. My hours will be changing so I will be home by 3:00 pm daily so not sure if this will be an issue or not.

Good service and friendly
Generally the Maids do a good job--dependable and reliable. I do find the constant turnover in staff a bit disconcerting--it seems every time there is at least one new person and I need to explain the specifics of my house. I provide my own cleaning products as I do not want chemical based cleaners in my home (allergies and general aversion to chemicals).
My home always looks so much nicer after a visit from my Merry Maids. I usually ask them to do a specific job and they always cheerfully hop to it. I move around the tasks and areas that I need done. They always check with me as to what rooms or areas to do. Everything is spotless when they leave, I sometimes am hesitant to do anything that might soil they areas where they clean.
They do a great job. Period!
I like that my whole house is cleaned. I love the smell when I walk in after it's been cleaned. I feel comfortable having Merry Maids clean my house even when I'm not at home.
