House looks and smells clean

The services provided were better than expected; thorough, fast and efficiently performed. I like the products used by Merry Maids. These do not leave an overwhelming scent but the house certainly looks and smells clean.

Well, actually to me, the level of satisfaction can be determined by the crew that visits our home. In this case, the last two times have been solo visits by Dee and they have both been excellent! In fact, Dee is our shining star. Hopefully, her new partner will maintain the high standards that Dee continues to maintain.

So, in answer to this question, we would give Dee a constant "10" and would recommend her any time.

RE: products: anything that doesn't harm the environment in any way is fine with us.

Service is terrific. They are always prompt and if there's a problem and they are going to be late, they call. The products must be good as the house looks terrific when they finish. They are very accommodating to your needs.

The house cleaners are alway courteous, prompt (I'm usually home) and do a good job. They always let me know if there's a change in the schedule which isn't very often. You can't ask for more!

Your staff was so nice and so kind and worked so so very hard! GIRLS ARE FRIENDLY AND THE HOUSE ALWAYS SMELLS SO CLEAN WHEN THEY LEAVE.

Due to some medical issues we have not been able to keep up with major cleaning. We were happy with the promptness of the "Merry maids" and their professionalism. The products left no trace of film or smell of any kind. The house looked cleaned as soon as I walked in. I have to say that although I understand about the perfume free products because of allergies, I do like the smell of a clean home. Having said that, I will call you again for services.

If I need something special, they are always willing to help me out. I never have to double check their work because they professional and don't waste time or effort.
