When they say they'll clean your house they mean CLEAN!!! The staff is friendly and professional and the house looks and smells great when they're done. I don't know why I waited so long to hire them. After they leave I walk around my house and it's like the magic cleaning fairies have been here. Even my husband commented and said everything is sparkling, and it is! I can't believe how much less stress I feel when I sit down and I'm not worrying about the cleaning I should be doing because - it's done! Thank you Merry Maids. You guys rock!!!

I like the "Scrub 'n Shine" the girls use on y sinks. It works perfectly and cleans my Corian kitchen sink with a nice shine. Name removed

I like the new co-worker Nancy. If I need to let her know she has something to do she follows through. The next time she comes she will have to clean the light fixtures in the 1/2 bath & ask if she is cleaning the pictures on the walls in her assigned areas. She is a hard worker like Dee!!

The friendliness, thoroughness and reliability of staff

We had no feedback sheet from the girls so we dont know which chores were completed i.e. vacumming upholstered furniture. we are pleased with the products used to clean the bathrooms and all of the floors. overall, quite satisfied but would like to see some checklist input re: special tasks or problems encountered. Thanks
