Holly and her team are delightful. They work very hard and do a good job. The only thing I would like to request is that the team lets me know which room they are detailing. It is my understanding that the team rotates each visit doing extra cleaning on a particular room. (I am assuming this would be when they do baseboards, blinds, etc.). No complaints - only praise. Merry Maids is a great company and we appreciate your help so much.

I really like that the same cleaners are assigned to my home. They are very responsive to any requests that I make.

Suggestions I would lie to make:

Move from telephone to email reminders of upcoming cleans;
In the reminder, whether phone or email, include the anticipated time the cleaners will be arriving the following day;
Provide me with an email address where I can contact you.

I like that I have more time with my family on the weekends because I'm not spending time mopping floors & cleaning toilets!
