I really like that the same cleaners are assigned to my home. They are very responsive to any requests that I make.

Suggestions I would lie to make:

Move from telephone to email reminders of upcoming cleans;
In the reminder, whether phone or email, include the anticipated time the cleaners will be arriving the following day;
Provide me with an email address where I can contact you.

I like that I have more time with my family on the weekends because I'm not spending time mopping floors & cleaning toilets!

The personality of the young ladies who come to clean. They are friendly, and know what to do. They, also, have a sense of humor.
