Merry Maids made my house so clean it sparked! The products they used in the bathrooms removed the hard water stains that I have been trying to remove forever. Merry Maids are very efficient, and pay close attention to detail. They work around our work schedule and are always on time (or earlier) when they are expected to arrive.

They were very thorough except for a few spots in the living room (small items on book case were not moved. This was done by a trainee on her first day and I do not want to get her into trouble!

I have answered this several times now. I like the service, but I do not like being pestered for endorsements. If I ever do have a problem with the franchisee, I will deal with it locally. But if I keep being pestered by the national office I will consider finding another service.
