The house is well cleaned. We live across country from the house. On more than one occasion, the cleaners have notified me of a possible problem with plumbing leaks etc. I was then able to get the proper people there to fix it. It is appreciated.
They do a good job. Very dependable. We're flexible when I forgot to put my key out.
Products do not smell like industrial cleaners. My house was more thoroughly cleaned when there were 2 people doing it. Last few times, there's been only one & time was about the same but less was done. (base broads, cobwebs, hard to get at corners)

Very careful not to break anything. Products do not leave a strong odor in the home. Easy for customer as Merry Maids has a key to the home and charges a credit card for payment.
They don't leave a chemical, harsh smell. Just smells clean. You have a nice staff.
The lemon oil smells wonderful. The ladies are very thorough in cleaning. My home is perfect by the time they finish.
It was great! They worked hard and accomplished everything on my list, even offered to do more!
