Like the consistency with the way things are handled. I have been recommending Merry Maids and hopefully this last referral of Mr Cotton will get more business.
Of course with our age group money is very much a concern.
Suggestion, it would help if at least once a year you might have two employees go out at the same time to a house, so some furniture could be moved and dust gotten from under the beds and behind the couch. I would pay an extra $20 for the session and it would sure help the regular scheduled employee that day.

I love coming home from work to a clean, fragrant, and vacuumed house! I don't know what products you use, but I like them, obviously! I especially like whatever the girls are using on my marble tile front entry-way and upstairs bath. Squeaky clean and no streaks! Thanks!

I think the ladies do a really thorough job and always ask if there is something different that needs to be done in the house. We have lots of wood floors, and find that they are very careful to use products that are not harmful on them

I enjoy coming home to a clean fresh smelling home.

My house is so clean and smells wonderful. I love the occasional surprises too...like a holiday rubber ducky. Specially folded towels. Who doesn't love a little pampering. Mikey is great!

Always do a good job

I don't know too much about the products used. I'm more concerned with thoroughness which for the most part I am satisfied with.

I like the frindly,courteos,thorough maids. The products and tools are getting the job done.

I like Lola. If I did not have Lola, I would discontinue the service. The other merry maids have not been as thorough and do not somehow have that extra sparkle to the cleaning that Lola has.

Same person each time, always smells clean when finished.

You are dipendable and I count on you for things I can't easily do for myself any more. Also, anytime I contact you for a problem I have encountered, you do not hesitate to correct it. Thank you so much.

We live way out in the country and have three big [hairy] dogs. It's a miracle to find a service that will come this far AND clean so efficiently.

Wonderful, I love them!!! Every time you guys clean for me I feel such a sense of relief. Thank God for you!! I walk in the house and it smells sooo good and we are smokers so that's not easy. I very seldom notice anything they may have missed so I like having the same person everytime. The cost is reasonable and working with schedule is even better. Thanks.

The people

It saves me time that I can spend doing other things with my family. After each cleaning, my son says the house smells new. I love that he notices a difference.

The service is always done well and I know I can be sure it is done right. The products seem to do an adequate job.

I don't have to keep products on hand as the personal bring their own, this includes the vacuum.
I have recommended the services because Merry Maids is so dependable. In over three years I have only had two times in which my scheduled person has not shown up, but a replacement was sent in her place. I appreciate the warning that someone else would be showing up. Living alone this means a lot to me.
