Everything from setting up the appointment to the team that cleaned was great. It was a house in need of a deep cleaning and your team certainly did the job for us. We also liked the products used and wish we could "bottle that smell" to have in our house all the time.

The team members are generally pleasant and hardworking with only a very few exceptions. My home always looks and smells wonderful when the team is done.
They did an excellent job. I've never used a service before but with our schedule it was nice a nice treat. All i would have like to see different would of been two maids come to the house. One girl showed up but it took her right at 7 hrs to clean my house by herself. Don't get me wrong she was super nice, and did a great job. I'll definitely continue to use merry maids.
Darcy does a great j9b cleaning all the areas that we would prefer to avoid. Don't know much about the products used but do like the clean smell and appearance.

I like the way that that young lady listen to what I’m jealous I want and he can’t hold a grudge she just fixes it . I also am grateful to the office of the night they will work with you and do whatever needs to be done if you find one and they did you don’t like then they’ll replace him at I think that’s the biggest portion of it they’re trying their best to satisfy the customer That’s it.
