The floors are clean, but not slick. The ladies are thorough and tolerant of all the dogs/cats in the house. One time, they finished early and did something extra, rather than leaving early. The house always smells clean when I come home the day they clean.

It's been very professional every step of the way from the first phone call explaining the services to the home inspection visit. The folder of information is very well written and easy to understand. I loved my merry maid spatula which was a very nice touch! Oh and I was so impressed by the hand written thank you and note about the $50 donation to hope haven on behalf of my friend. . That and coming home from a long day at work to a clean house deserves a 10 in my book!
