The Merry Maids are prompt well mannered and hard working. I like mostly the
scent of products used and the sense of cleanliness after the work is done. I am
disappointed that I never seem to get the same person more than once....even when I
have identified one whose work I like...perhaps this is caused by employee turnover
or difficulty in scheduling.

Andrea does a nice job of being thorough and making sure she's satisfied with her end work. For ex she didn't like how the wood floors turned out after the last couple of cleanings so she brought a steamer in to see if that would work better. I like the text reminders.

What I like best is Angela!!!!!!!!!!! She does an outstanding job for me. I like how Merry Maids go out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied with the service. Everyone is friendly and professional. Keep up taking care of me.

It's wonderful to come home to a clean house. As a single woman, whose children are now grown and moved out, I have no help at home or time for that matter! I also have a serious back injury which can make cleaning very painful. I will be using you guys again as soon as I move into a new place.
