Merry Maids are always professional and courteous, and the house looks and smells great when they leave.

Seems like I have different person clean my house each month, some do a better job! This month did a better job than the last month cleaning, if i get a new person, she does a better job! Since I am not home when they clean, she does not clean the house as good as if I am home she does a better job!

I love the service but especially how detailed you are from the finishing touches of my toilet paper being stickered and folded to the wonderful smell when I come home. Its such a relief after a long day to come home to a spotlessly clean house. You deep clean in places I never seem to get to or have time to work on. I am on a regular service plan and even when the house is fairly clean and you come out you always surprise me how much cleaner you can get it.

i like the products used just fine, although I'm a little on the old fashioned side and love a clean "smell" - lemon furniture polish, bleachy (?) smell in bathrooms, etc

This last time, i think the team wet mopped the floors, but they just didn't look or feel clean afterwards, like they had just vacuumed and did a quick wet mop with no products. Since I have tile and wood flooring, seems like there ought to be 2 products used to differentiate the flooring type.

I have a problem with scheduling things last minute, they were very accommodating. The girls who came by were very friendly and thorough :) I was so happy with the results, nothing quite feels like the joy of a clean home!
