The associate was very friendly and did a great job with cleaning my apartment.

I like that the team has training on the best methods and products to use, as opposed to me using an individual and not knowing their skill level. I like that if my regular Merry Maid housekeeper isn't available, they can locate a replacement for me. I like that my favorite housekeeper Atarah has been promoted to the office; promoting from within!

I was very grateful for the ease it was to work with Estera, she was strait forward and the process of coming to our home for an estimate and signing contract and getting on her schedule was so simple.

As for the cleanliness of our home, they did an extraordinary job. When i walked in the door at the end of my work day it was refreshing, light clean smell throughout our whole home. The little details they thought of also made us smile. Every corner and every trim, windows, doors, light fixtures were so clean. It was amazing how well they cleaned our master shower! And our kitchen sinks being black ceramic have been so hard to clean, these girls had them shiny as brand new!

They were professional.timely and took pride in the cleaning they were doing. I was very pleased.

They keep you informed if the cleaning associate is not going to be on time. They are very receptive if I have to make changes to my schedule. The cleaning products they use has never aggravated my asthma.

The staff is very thorough! Our home is fresh and I especially love that each time they come two rooms get a deep cleaning extra attention to detail, blinds ceiling fans etc!

Your maids are very easy to deal with as is your office. The work is done quickly with no down time.
