We've been using Merry Maids for over a year now, and are very happy with the service. With only one exception every cleaner that has come to our home has done an excellent job. (The one exception did good work, just not up to the standards of the others).
We really only have two issues. The first is that we will go long stretches where we never see the same team twice. Not only is it a bit of a bother to have to introduce ourselves and go over the house and any special instructions every visit, but after being here two or more times the cleaners seem to do a faster, more efficient job of cleaning.
The second is that while we love the text reminder of the day of our appointment, it would be a great help to know not only the day of the appointment, but also the approximate time, at least as roughly as morning or afternoon.
That said, overall we are very happy with Merry Maids and would happily recommend the service. 9 / 10.

I get a great quality job done, cleaning my apartment which is an all day event if I do it my self. The employees are really friendly and personable. I put quit a bit of stock into knowing bad people from good and so far there hasn't been a merry maids employee he dislikes yet. This company is the easiest company that as a consumer I have ever dealt with. A few time when my apartment flooded out, I just called up the office and explained what going on the were able to take me off their jobs list and was able to instantly put me back in the job que. I really just can't say enough good things about this company.

Products do not have an odor, very clean smell, communication with office is great!

Everyone respected our space even though we are working from home and had a toddler and babysitter present at the time of the cleaning. The smell left behind was pleasant and I slept well knowing that my home was clean and I had one less thing to worry about being a full-time mother and graduate student.

The ladies arrived on time and cleaned the house extremely well. In fact, everything was shining. They also included small touches such as tissue and paper towels folded back and secured with a gold seal. Excellent service! Extremely pleased and will use again if the need arises!
