I like having the same Maid each time. She knows what has to be done without my having to cover it all again. I like that they honor my request to use lemon oil on the wood. The house really looks great after the Maid finishes. I would like to continue to have Amanda clean my house.

Teams are always friendly and helpful. Use of the book of notes for each customer has improved (everyone has their own little quirks). On the down side, I think my office needs more staff - the teams are working later and later into the afternoon.
