I like having the same maid because she knows what to do without me having to explain what to do. Amanda is the best. She cleans the house so nicely. I like that she uses something that has a cinnamon fragrance that carries throughout the house.

Hi. I remember why I picked 5 on a previous survey as your question doesn't ask about the services, it asks if I would recommend Merry Maids the company. I'm happy with the services and my team manager Paula has done a good job. However, the price of cleaning and the contract we had to enter would stop me from recommending Merry Maids to someone else. I was very unhappy with the way the company handled the situation when I had to pause the cleaning services due to construction. I was told that I would have to pay some extra fee if I went too long without cleaning. I'm already paying too much and I felt that my needs as a customer were not being met. Merry Maids made a stressful situation, the kitchen remodel, even more stressful. Would I recommend Paula? Yes, of course. Would I recommend Merry Maids, no probably not. Thanks, Liz

Merry Maids workers arrived early and prepared. I was amazed they cleaned non stop for over 4 hours. Both were professional and Friendly. Their attention to detail was impressive and appreciated.
