Everyone is so friendly and the products they use in your home are safe and non-toxic.

In short, that my house has never been cleaner. They need no direction just everything comes out perfect. I also like the way they arrange the pillows on the bed and couch. Looks so professional. And the little stickers on the toilet paper is a nice touch.

Also, each professional that provided services are nice.

Catherine & Amber together do a great job! They put lots of effort into cleaning my home and always have a bright and cheery disposition. They welcome guidance and always ask if there is anything else I want done.

The employees who provide services are very nice and polite. They don't seem to get annoyed when I remind them of specific things to be done a certain way. My home is left smelling fresh and clean when they leave.

I like that I have the same maid, Amanda, who knows the routine and I don't have to explain things to her when she comes. She is pleasant and I like the way she cleans. When she finishes, the house has a lovely fragrance of cinnamon. She oils the wood furniture as I have requested. I am not sure what products she uses but it is sufficient for cleaning.

Very satisfied with the hard working Merry Maids and their supplies.

Carie is especially good. She cleans well, and puts things back where they were (I don't have to go around afterwards and "straighten up" when she is done).

The girls were very nice, prompt and diligent. My house was thoroughly cleaned and looked very good when done. The only negative I have is the oven. I paid for the oven to be cleaned and although it was cleaned, there were still patches left behind.

I had a one time only service to catch me up on deferred cleaning due to illness. Professional, focused and thorough evaluation by Jody. My providers were Alicia and Kaitlyn and they should be commended for their work ethics. If I were to use your services regularly I certainly would request them both. The experience was a little pricey but otherwise positive. Thank you,

I love coming home from work and finding everything fresh and clean. Teresa has been part of the team that services my home from the start and she does a great job ensuring everything is done well. I appreciate that every effort is made to have a consistent team every time and clear communication is made any time there will be a schedule change due to holidays. In 3 years time there have been a couple times that something was missed and once a flower pot was broken. Merry Maids graciously took responsibility to make it right in each instance. I told them not to worry about replacing the flower pot, but they hunted down the same one and replaced it anyway. While I may be able to find a cleaning service for less money, it would not come fully bonded and insured with great customer communication and care. Thank you all for making my home a pleasure to come home to at the end of a long work week!

They do an excellent job, leaving everything as it was, but cleaner!

Staff always do a nice job and are very pleasant. Paula is an exceptional worker and always am pleased when she cleans my house!
