Just had my deep clean yesterday which went well...

I have dark high gloss floors and they always look beautiful when they are finished. Especially when they do them on their hands and knees.

Both Emma and Destiny did a really good job. They were on-time and were focused on the job at hand. We appreciated their respectfulness and they were great communicators. Will look forward to our next cleaning.

Consistency and flexibility.

Jessica is amazing. Truly dedicated, thorough in her efforts and is a genuinely good person. She does an amazing job training others. To be honest if we didn't have her I am not sure we would still be with MM. I hope the company realizes what a gem she is, especially in these days of high staff turnover.
