We love our Merry Maids, Tiffany and Madaya. Their work is consistently excellent! Everything is so clean and well-cared for. I used Merry Maids when we lived in California and we really liked them. Now that we are retired to Oregon, I think that the service is even better! Tiffany and Madaya are personable, their work ethic is great. The house smells wonderful from the products that they use. Definitely worth the money.

The two maids worked quickly, yet they did a good job getting the walls and floors clean. It was all hardwood floors so we really appreciated the extra effort to cover every inch. None of the products used left any overwhelming smell behind which was awesome. Bathrooms were left spotless. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing smells sharp or caustic. Everything is cleaned just right.

Riley and Sherri did an exceptional job. They communicated well with me and made sure they addressed my priority issues in order of importance. Riley was able to quickly remove soap scum from fiberglass shower walls and the glass doors. I've spent many hours working on eradicating scum, knowing I can turn to Merry Maids to do my apartment turnovers is a great luxury. I also look forward to referring departing tenants to you - people always ask if there's anyone I recommend, up to now there hasn't been anyone I could count on.

Willing to redo any problems

I have been very happy with the cleaning services. The one time when I did have an issue, when I called the office, they were really great about hearing feedback and making adjustments. I will say it was nice when we had consistency in who was cleaning our house when we first started. Now it seems there is someone new each week. Maybe this is standard practice, but it was appreciated that you knew who was coming.

I like everything, believe me, including Wonder Woman Linda, who makes my life so much
easier.

The house looked spectacular! It was so clean and fresh. Your employees were courteous and professional. I tried 3 other cleaners; one did ok, but just ok. One self-employed cleaner did pretty well, but never showed up for the third cleaning. Another self-employed cleaner never even showed up. This is why I picked Merry Maids. On time, great job and professional.
