For almost every time Merry Maids has been to our home, they have been efficient and thorough. The occasional time there might be a counter missed or the stairs forgotten, but this is a rarity.
We have a tri-level home with many shelves full of family pictures, mementos and plants, and everything is always dusted and replaced with care.

I appreciated the initial walk-through session and a chance to learn more about the organization and overall service.The whole sign-up process after that was very orderly, organized, and straightforward. In addition, all personnel I've dealt with have been very pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. So far I've only had the initial deep cleaning service, but was extremely pleased with the level of service and overall results.

I appreciate that the cleaning products are ecologically sensitive and "pet friendly." When I returned to the house after the housekeepers were through, I was pleasantly surprised by the light, "clean" aroma in the air, instead of the heavier, overpowering smells of most of the industrial cleaners. And yet the cleaners the housekeepers used seemed to be very effective. I might mention, however, that I have noticed a few spots on the marble countertop in the master bath (and dressing area) where it looks as if the finish was slightly affected. I will check in with the housekeepers at my next scheduled service about that point.

Other than that, I have to say that so far I have been very pleased and impressed with the level of service and organization overall.

The ladies did an absolutely amazing job! House is cleaner than when we moved in. No way we won't get our cleaning deposit back. Every nook and cranny sparkles. After they were done, I just stared at every room for an hour admiring their excellence. Wish we were staying in town to use them on a regular basis!!
