I love my team! Megangine and Liz do a great job in a house with pets and constant remodeling. I appreciate them and the beautiful job they do.

The estimate process was easy, and the person that came to our home was so friendly and helpful. I feel like I could really trust her, as well as the team that showed up to clean, and liked that she emphasized that employees are licensed and bonded and keys are placed on numbered tags for extra security.

The team that cleaned did a great job, the house even smelled clean without being overpowering. The little touches like organizing a few of my daughter's toys in a cute way and folding the edges of the toilet paper really made me feel like we were getting a luxury service, at a really reasonable price!

First I have to say from the prompt return of my request to get a quote to the receptive response and eagerness to suit my schedule to do the bid was very impressive and showed true commitment to making your business so personal to your customers. Not only was Deanna on time and dressed very professionally but she managed to convince my dogs which I explained to her that he smiles and he will make some noise but would not harm her. She replied that dogs were not a problem for her. To our surprise she made onto the property and our dogs were showing here nothing but approval and for the first time they never said one thing about her arrival. Talk about amazing so when we realized this we were blown away at her poise and personal touch she brought with her. she was very organized and her presence was very relaxed she went through the service your company offered and used your broacher for example while she did her presentation of your services. She made me feel very comfortable with the company she had super good eye contact and physically demonstrated just what the company expects of its maids, and she offered easy solutions to anything that may of been overlooked. She made the whole experience very personal for my aging mother and myself like we were family. She is what people need to see when you offer such a personal business that deals with your home. Her ability to understand the companies scheduling and get us set up right away way was very impressive. Everything she said would happen did and on time. the companies ability to gang up and help us in our time of need was outstanding every one of the maids I met were very personal and friendly and demonstrated very professional presence while being themselves while they went about the job as if they new us and the home. they were all a joy and I would welcome any of them in my home to provide your services. They do an excellent job of cleaning and the house has a fragrant clean smell upon returning to the house. Over time, the workers become familiar with your house and cleaning preferences. But someone will always show up on schedule, even if the regulars are sick or on vacation. They are trusted to be left in the home alone.

I like having someone else take care of the cleaning a couple of times a month. It always looks good afterward.

The house was really clean but more than that it was that the people doing the work cared as was shown by their desire to get even things with years of stains built up as clean as possible. Then there's the little touches of cornering the TP, nice touch. Quality assurance shows up for new clients and makes sure the team didn't miss anything and answers any questions the team might have. Very professional organization.
