They are reliable and someone always shows up on schedule. They do a good job and the house is more welcome to all when it is clean.

I appreciated the responsive communication I had with Merry Maids, which was long distance, and their ability to be "boots on the ground" and whip my son's rental into shape before move in. I also appreciated that they had a team that was able to get the job done on a Saturday!

Most of products ok. From lamanate floors do not use vinerger??? I had always used vinerger on varnished wood surfaces. Stainless steel needs to be be wiped in direction of grooves not across. When polishing or moping floors straight paths allow full coverage. When using lemon oil on furniture make sure of full coverage or else will show all dull spots. Just some suggestions

I like how detailed the new team is. They clean under bed, oven and the dog hair off the chair feet. They make sure to clean the toilets well.

Complete cleaning each visit by courteous, skilled and pleasant personnel, using
eco-friendly cleaners whenever possible.

The products work well without strong smells. It's always a treat having my house cleaned by them.

The ladies who cleaned my apartment were very fast and efficient. They completed more in the time they were there than I could have done all day. They were a life-saver.

First off, the people assigned to provide service in my rental home have been very professional, attentive to detail and conscientious in supporting the requested action items to care for.

Most important for me, assigning two people has maintained consistency in at least one of them to come when the second person was replaced.

I trust the same policy applies to both, bi-weekly and monthly service.
