I am sensitive to scents and they use minimal chemicals. When I requested one cleaning that they turn on the fan when cleaning the bathroom, they added it to the instructions so I haven’t needed to request again.

Oh, and the house gets very clean!

The service was done quietly and quickly. The person who did the cleaning was kind and easy to talk to. She did a good job.

Cassie is great and we always look forward to her arrival.

Because I only have service once every four weeks, it's usually a different housekeeper each time, so the level of service can vary slightly.

However overall, I've been pleased with the generally high level of service with regard to how thorough and timely the housekeepers are. I like that they've gone through a specific Merry Maid training course and follow a standardized checklist. I also appreciate the "extra" feature of focusing on deep cleaning two different rooms each time, in rotation.
