Merry the one who cleans my house once a month is a keeper. I don't know how you give raises but she is really worth it. She does a very good job and she has a positive attitude toward her clients and I am one.

Merry Maids is thurough with the areas they have committed to clean. The workers are efficient and stay on task. I like that with a regular worker in our home that each time certain areas are given special attention on a rotating basis.

I like the fact that the ladies work carefully and that they are willin now to make our king size bed, a task that has become difficult for me in my old age. I'm glad that they dust carefully and that they work hard to get the dog hair off the carpets. The new steam cleaner seems to work well on the floors.

I like the smell of my home after Merry Maids has done a cleaning. It lets me know my place is clean and I don't have to worry about anything for a while - or at least until my grand-kids come through!

The effort to accomodate any changes requested and of course the attention to detail
with very few exceptions. The staff generally are "merry" and easy to work with on the
occasions we may encounter them although we do try to not be here and have them work
around us.

Great service and good smelling products

I've been happy with the service, the work performance and all the products with the exception of the product for wood floors. This product did not work for my wood floors. I signed the disclimer and the staff uses Bono on my floor.

Staff is on time, clean thoroughly, and does the job 5 times faster than we could do it ourselves.
