Everything, really. The staff are friendly and extremely competent. My home always looks and smells awesome after they leave.

Service is more efficient, now that one person cleans my house most of the time. It is convenient that substitute cleaners are sent when the regular crew is not available for some reason. I would appreciate advance notice when a substitute is coming to clean.

Your personnel were very professional, courteous and pleasant. The products used in my home left it smelling clean but not sanitized. All surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom left spotless, floors and carpeted areas look great as well. Couldn't be happier with the Merry Maids service. Thank you for making my life easier.

Service is good. Attractive feature of your business is that the spring cleaning is discounted for new clients if they sign up for regular service. I don't know that anyone else does this.l
