Maria is usually who cleans our home. She does sn outstanding job and is very courteous.

The professionalism of the staff/organization. I have had my own cleaning person before, but I prefer using Merry Maids. I don't have to worry that my cleaning won't take place due to an illness, injury or other emergency- Merry Maids goes out of there way to arrange for a replacement. When I have had to point out a less than perfect cleaning job, the staff and cleaners always respond well, correct the problem and get it taken care of. When I have a new cleaner, they are always very responsive to my preferences/requests in terms of how I want my house cleaned. Overall, very satisfied to be a Merry Maids customer.

Setting up the appointment to have a maid come out was very easy. Kayla was very friendly, professional, and really listened to my needs on what I needed cleaned in my apartment. When Victoria came out, she was also very professional and optimistic about getting out the scratches in my sinks and bathtub. She finished quicker than both she and I originally thought she would, and my place looked fantastic! She focused on the spots that I asked her to, and she successfully took care of them.
