Punctual; thorough; scrupulously honest. While cleaning, the employees found two small items of jewelry and a small amount of money. I wouldn't have noticed if they had pocketed them; the point is, they didn't do that. They passed them on to me. The jewelry was my daughter's. I was deeply moved. Also, I appreciated the employees' positive mental attitude. This was a rough month for my wife and me, and we needed something to go *well*. Merry Maids made that happen. My grandfather from Yorkshire had a saying: "You pay peanuts, you get monkeys." Merry Maids isn't cheap; quality services never are! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Merry Maids to anyone who is too busy/lazy/[take your pick] to clean their own apartment. They did a far better job than I could have. I haven't seen any living quarters so clean since Basic Training.

Victoria is amazing and always completely thorough.

Your people are very professional and friendly. They do a great job, but if they ever miss something, you send someone within a day to make it right. The girls are patient with my three year old, who is fascinated with what they are doing, and tries to follow them around. I am very happy with this service.
