We really like the quality and consistency of your service. Jen is amazing!
The only problem we have had recently is the scheduling. We have over the more than 20 years had a consistent schedule. The same time and day every time. Recently, the times have varied. We would like to be able to plan in advance when to expect you. (it was between 1 and 1:30 on Wednesdays since we moved to our new home.) We would like to get back to that.

I asked for a top to bottom cleaning job. They did an amazing job. There’s not one complaint. I am especially grateful the baseboards were done so well. They literally look awesome. All the products seemed good and smelled fresh.

They do a good job, they will wash the floors on hands & knees, you half to check on them some of the helper they want to cut corners some time the main person does a lot better job

Merry Maids does a very thorough job. I love that the couch gets vacuumed every cleaning. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle. I also love the smell of the products Merry Maids uses. It's so nice to come home after Merry Maids has come.
The cleaning is consistently good. Outside of one occasion where a new cleaner was being trained, we've been consistently happy with the end result.
I like that you listen when I have a problem and work to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
WHILE THE CLEANING IS IMPORTANT, THE DEPENDABILITY IS CRITICAL. I NEED TO KNOW THEY WIL BE THERE EVERY OTHER MONDAY AND THEY ARE!
