It would be nice if we could have the same staff each time instead of having different cleaners each time. The last two just did an “ok” job. We’ve had better service from other staff members.
If we had the same people/cleaners each time, I would like to get them gift cards or presents for Christmas. I can’t do it if we get different people each time.

I love having the Merry Maids come to my house. They are very thorough and the products used smell so good. I never have to worry about things getting broken and the staff is always very friendly and trustworthy. If we ever do have an issue, it is promptly resolved and the prices are reasonable. In fact, when we first started using Merry Maids, we were paying for 2 hours, but the staff let us know that they could get our house done in less than that, so we dropped the time down and the price was less as a result. An honest company, and I appreciate that.
