Others have said I could find someone cheaper, but I like that two employees are sent out for their safety, and there are backups for coverage that I don't have to deal with. I like doing business with established companies. Communication is understood and reliable. They have cleaned thing I hadn't thought of. I've seen them down on all fours cleaning as to using a mop to move things around. It smells clean when they are done, even vacuuming. And they always ask if more needs to be done.

The ladies that come to our home do a terrific job.

The team who cleans my home is always pleasant and courteous. I rarely, if ever, need to point out something missed. I appreciate the fact that one room always gets special attention. I love the lemon oil and cinnamon spray used and am looking forward to my kitchen cabinets getting the oil soon! Always a pleasure and I highly recommend!

We wish the floor laminate in our den would not have a film on it everytiime they do it,,,not sure why,,,but all and all we love them,,,woudln't change it for the world,,,but that,,,they rock

The ladies have been very kind and courteous I would like it if we could use some kind of a Pine-Sol or something that makes the house smell clean they do a good job cleaning but it's just Bland

I called Merry Maids out to interview for the job of cleaning our home on a regular basis. The owner was so nice and polite to deal with while explaining the cleaning process and answering all of our question. We had no reservation in hiring them immediately. All of the team members were very professional while at our home for the initial deep clean. They went above and beyond - pointing out several things that were actually defective on my end (and cleaned more then I expected). For example one of my pieces of furniture turned out to be broken from a prior move - The owner jumped in and helped secure my large dresser that was close to falling in. The office staff was also accommodating in working around our schedule and setting us up on a rotation that fits our demanding work schedules.They made the time to meet us and work around a little puppy. Their weekly service has taken a load of stress off of my wife and I. Allowing us more time to tend to our personal businesses and even travel a little more. I cant thank Chris and his staff enough for their professionalism and detailed service. Thanks Merry Maids!!!

Friendliness, promptness, professionalism, attention to detail.

The 3 ladies who did the cleaning (Brandy, Paige and Carly) were all very friendly and professional. They were pretty thorough with the cleaning and I was pleased. They missed a couple of light switches and the tops of outlets, but those were minor misses, considering all that they had to clean.

I like that you don’t use a lot of chemicals. I like the cinnamon scent that is used.
