The ladies are always very friendly and personable. The products work and I can see that my house is clean when they have been there. I used to ask for my own products to be used in some cases but once one of the ladies explained to me how she thought what they were using would work better. I let her try it and was very happy.

It's important to me to be able to trust the employees, that they will not steal or intentionally damage anything.
The product used for cleaning the kitchen sink doesn't seem to be very effective. I prefer that they not use furniture polish because it leaves surfaces greasy.

i am liking the new teams that are coming out as some of them are indeed giving that extra care to cleaning our home. if they see a spot on the counter that doesn't clean up with just a wipe, they actually are putting elbox grease on it and removing the spot. 6 months ago, that wasn't happening. I still wish they would sweep, instead of vacuum kitchen floors becuase they don't get up all dirt.
