Very professional..... right on top of the situation. My case was one of a kind, my house had not been really cleaned in years, these ladies came in got started and kept on until they reached the end. Everything shined and smelled clean.

The crew that cleans my house every week is very professional with an outstanding attention to detail. The products they use leave my house smelling great but not with an overpowering smell. It just smells clean as well as looks clean.

The ladies are always very friendly and personable. The products work and I can see that my house is clean when they have been there. I used to ask for my own products to be used in some cases but once one of the ladies explained to me how she thought what they were using would work better. I let her try it and was very happy.

It's important to me to be able to trust the employees, that they will not steal or intentionally damage anything.
The product used for cleaning the kitchen sink doesn't seem to be very effective. I prefer that they not use furniture polish because it leaves surfaces greasy.

i am liking the new teams that are coming out as some of them are indeed giving that extra care to cleaning our home. if they see a spot on the counter that doesn't clean up with just a wipe, they actually are putting elbox grease on it and removing the spot. 6 months ago, that wasn't happening. I still wish they would sweep, instead of vacuum kitchen floors becuase they don't get up all dirt.

prompt service, clean the house very well and if I ask for them to do something in particular they take care of it!

Staff does a great job. I like that they don't mind working around our dogs. House looks great when we get home in the evening after they have cleaned.

You guys are reliable, honest, and do a good job cleaning. What more could I ask for? In today's world, that says a lot. When someone takes pride in their work, it shows.

As a property manager, not having to find time to go through and clean an entire house by myself is nice; not to mention I couldn't have done as detailed cleaning as your people performed (and I'm a neat freak!).
