Am I to provide the trash bags? They use my big garbage bags to line the small trash cans. I will buy the small bags but please do not use the big bags.

I don't think this is a very good survey. I don't see how you can get an adequate evaluation of your services with just two questions, unless the responder is willing to write an essay. The thing I like the best are the two ladies that come to the house. They are always very friendly. Other than the bathrooms and tile floors (which the productd are adquate)the products used are provided by me.

Service is reliable and professional. I am comfortable leaving a key outside when I cannot be at home during service. It's been an overall very good experience over the past two years. Thank you!

The confirmation call before service day is a helpful reminder. Moreover, being able to change the regular day or suspending service when we're away is terrific. The ladies are courteous, trustworthy, and efficient. I cannot speak to the products used except that I appreciate the addition of stainless steel cleaner to the arsenal of cleaners. The company might consider adding white vinegar to add to water for cleaning wood flooring.

I suggest, however, adding wiping out waste baskets as part of normal service. Attention to thorough cleaning under the toilet rim should be emphasized.

Over all, I give Merry Maids high marks for a valuable, appreciated service. Thank you, JG

The girls who clean my house see things that I haven't seen for years. I knew some things were dirty but I never got to them. And company invariably would come when my house was a mess. Now visitors can come at any time and I proudly let them in without the last minute runaround. Thank you!
