I like that they use natural products. I continue to wish they would wet mopped my floors instead of the swiffer. There are drop stains that just need a good wet mop. Or, maybe they have something for this.
I loved the fact that I was able to come home to a clean house. My inquiry about service was responded to promptly and that was followed up by a visit to my home for a walk through and quote on cleaning services. When I returned home the day of the cleaning I really thought I was in a new place. Everything was glistening and clean from the hardwood floors, counter tops, all kitchen applicances, sinks, tubs, carpet, you name it, everything was clean! And the best part about it was that I was not overwhelmed by chemical smells when I walked in the door. That's very big for me as I have bad allergies when it comes to chemicals, perfumes etc. It was my first cleaning but I have signed up for regular cleaning. I was very satisfied.

The 3 women who clean my apt are absolutely wonderful ! They are extremely efficient and I am extremely pleased with their services. I am a disabled veteran who is unable to do my own cleaning. With their help, my apt is always up to my standards of cleanliness. They have been a godsend to me and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to everyone I meet.
The only reason I scored a 9, is because it depends on the team of young ladies that come to clean your home. Over the past 2 years, we have had several teams; but we really only request Sandra H. & Jennifer H. When they come, we know the house will be thoroughly cleaned. Other teams we have had in the past seem to only "surface" clean. After Sandra & Jennifer leave, the house not only smells clean and fresh; but is clean and fresh!
