He was very professional and followed through to make sure I was pleased with my service. When I had an issue with the service I received at my home, he made it right without making excuses. I would be very likely to recommend him to a friend or coworker. The only reason I selected 9 instead of 10 was based on some oversights by the team that actually cleaned my home. Kevin was a 10.

I feel that they clean well but rush through. Some things are not cleaned like our shower stall still had some mildew on it. I feel one hour in my house is too fast because my house is big and for $109 there are areas overlooked.
