For the most part service has been great. I recently had a cleaning in which I was not 100% satisfied hence the reason for a 9 instead of 10. The cleaning wasn't up to par as previous cleanings. I inquired if someone new had cleaned my home and was told another person accompanied the lady who normally cleans. I was offered to have them come back out but I declined but I did appreciate the offer to make it right. That alone meant a lot.

The team of ladies work extremely well together, and use products that make the house smell clean and fresh----not like they are trying to hide odors. I always request the team of Sandra & Jennifer. They are the best! We feel they are like family to us!
