I am a new customer and I like that the products are not harmful and are fragrant free.
I have 2 dogs and 3 cats, so, lots of fur and dust, Eliza is a pet owner herself and understands that pet fur requires being very conscientious of the special cleaning required and the best method in which to go about it.
Like most people I have things in my home that are very special to me and she takes time to carefully clean them using appropriate cleaners.
Since my husband and I are sometimes both at home while she is cleaning, she works around us and she has a pleasing personality as she quietly goes about her work.

Everything!! The house looked and smelled clean and fresh!! Whatever you used on our tubs to make it that white is awesome! The same with the baseboards!!! Looked like a brand new house!!!
