I love Caitlyn who cleans our home. She is very detailed oriented in cleaning our home. The products she uses seem to do a good job. The only negative is her vacuum doesn't seem to pick up as well on area rugs. Otherwise we are extremely pleased with Caitlyn and Merry Maids.

It seems Merry Maids has experimented with different available products, or developed their own, that allow workers to maximize their time -- the products help do the cleaning (like picking up dust easily), so workers don't have to spend their time and energy scrubbing and going over really dirty spots twice. Good job!

The response time was great, as I needed a rush. I had several ladies, one in particular (the first to arrive) was really great, very thorough.

Merry Maids always work efficiently, and they are diligent about following the instructions of the homeowners. The products they used were very satisfactory.

I like how I can depend on getting a good thourough cleaning every time and how the ladies go quietly about the business of cleaning. The only thing I have a caution about is making sure that if there are oil leaks from their cars, they use something under the car while in the driveway to catch the oil leak and not leave it on our driveway.

They always do a very good job and I completely trust our regular cleaner Kelly enough for her to be in the house when I'm not there. Kelly is the best! Seems to me she deserves a raise or bonus mainly because when she leaves, the house looks like it's been cleaned. Other cleaners do good, but Kelly does other things like straitening little piles of paper or arranging knick knacks that just make the house look neater when she leaves.

I have only had my house cleaned once, but I was pleased with the service!
