I wish I had been more specific about my needs. Floors were wet mopped; they really needed to be steam-cleaned. I was not asked exactly what I wanted. Two rooms were not done except for dusting. The shower was super cleaned and looks great! Time spent on mirrors and other minor items took a lot of time that should have been used on the floors.

I would recommend either Merry Maids or the homeowner should have a checklist available for each room and the specific cleaning needs for that room.

They are always prompt, thorough and the house smells great when they leave. I would like to request Pam as the "team leader" whenever possible. All of her helpers have been wonderful, too, but it is nice to have one consistent person whom I have come to trust.

I enjoy the professionalism of the ladies, their timely manner in getting the house clean and their mannerisms.

Merry Maids was very thorough and paid attention to details. They worked hard and did all that was asked.

Although I find the price higher than I would like to pay, I do believe that the service is outstanding. Normally, the villa is cleaned from top to bottom. I understand that some days the cleaners run out of time and possibly don't get all the fans cleaned, for instance. However, the two that were here last week were the very best I've ever had. Even the dining room chairs were cleaned!!!

Work performance was excellent

I like the fact that so far everyone is prompt. They do a stellar job. There might be a few minor things that are missed but there are also things done that I never expected. I am thrilled with the service, and Pam and Neshia are outstanding!

Very nice group of girls who go about their work quickly and efficiently. The only issue is the "degreaser" used to clean the stove, MW. etc., which tends to give a smeary appearance.

Bathrooms were very thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed To me that was worth it.

I am very pleased with the team who came to clean our home on Tuesday. Both Andrea and Darina were very pleasant and both knew exactly what needed to be done. They did a great job of cleaning all areas, and were careful about details.

Andrea is such an asset, as she appears extremely confident and competent., and her command of both English and Spanish makes her a real asset to any team. She seems to have strong leadership skills without being overbearing or offending to her teammate. (Sorry; once a teach...)

I would really like to have this team clean our condo on our next scheduled cleaning day.
