Although a little expensive, it so far has proven to be worth it. The ladies that clean are professional, they listen and make notes, generally you only have to explain once. Products are pet friendly.

we have used other cleaning services and a independent cleaning person in the past but MMs has outperformed all others. we'll continue to monitor MMs performance on an ongoing basis but don't expect this review to change.

We have been using Merry maids for years and are very satisfied with their service and products. Our apartments are sparkling clean .

The service is consistent and reliable. Management has worked hard to accommodate my schedule, which can change from time to time, and to ensure whenever possible that my request to have Pam as the team leader is fulfilled. I don’t really have an opinion about the products, other than they appear to be effective.

Although my experience is based on only one visit, I was most impressed by the ladies that came to clean. Not only were they very professional, they were also super friendly. They got the job done and the house hadn't looked that clean for a long time.

The staff is very professional and cheerful. The cleaning products are effective yet do not leave an unpleasant odor. The house is clean and smells clean when they are finished. All the cleaners are very pleasant.

Thorough job.

It was the first time I used this service to help clean up after kitchen and a lot of dust from a roof replacement. The two women that came to my house were well versed in cleaning. They worked as a team and were always busy, focused on the next task, while being pleasant and accommodating. They did everything that I asked with skill and hard work.

It was a relief to have it all done at once so I could start placing items in my new kitchen cabinets!

Love everything! Perfect!!!

It's nice to have 2 people here at a time so the work gets done quicker. And they clean what they say they are going to clean.

The house is clean without harsh chemical smell or flowery cover up smell. All the cleaners are very professional and do a great job. I know that when they leave, everything will be thoroughly clean. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.
