Arrived on time, did what was requested. The service meets my expectations.

All was great. However, I had a crystal fruit dish on the counter that got cracked and nobody said anything about it upon departure. I understand things like this happen sometimes but it would have been nice had they told me rather than for me to find out the next day.

The staff that was at my home was very courteous and thorough. I would recommend Merry Maids to my friends.

All the cleaners strive to do their best in cleaning our condo. The products that are used do a fine job cleaning and does not leave a harsh smell. When the cleaners are finished, the house looks and smells clean without a covering scent. We are very pleased with your services.

I called on a Thursday and was so happy to have been able to get an appointment on Saturday. The cleaning team were prompt and courteous. They did a great job cleaning our home and it smelled great too! I would definitely recommend Merry Maids and plan on using them again in the future.

We are very pleased with your staff. Everyone is very pleasant and hard working. We never have to check behind them to know that everything is cleaned properly. We like the fact that the house does not smell like a cover-up scent. It just smells clean. This is due to the products you use.
