Florian, Rosa, Irma and everyone at Merry Maids of Alexandria have been so good to us for the past 10 plus years. Unfortunately, we have recently moved out of the area and they can no longer service our home. They have been more than accommodating during the pandemic with changes to our schedule. Prior to the pandemic, they have always been punctual, professional, communicative, and cleaned everything that was asked of them. They have gone out of their way to welcome my son when he was just born adjusting their schedule to accommodate him. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been their customer for several years. They have consistent service, always calling/emailing day before to confirm the appointment. At least one of the cleaners is the same, so there's continuity. The ladies wear masks throughout the cleaning and they work very, very hard--no slacking. We are happy with them and don't really have any complaints.
All good things to say. The team is warm and responsible. I'm pleased with the cleaning and the products used. Occasionally I need an adjustment to a cleaning technique, but my suggestion is always taken and the results are very satisfactory. Merry Maids has been a part of my life style for 20 years. The products and application of those products are excellent. The cleaners arrive on time except when something beyond their control like heavy traffic, weather, or illness delays them. They follow directions carefully, and when they leave, our house has a wonderful aroma.
