I liked that there was a person who showed up with the maids to ensure what the job entailed. She then instructed the maids on what was to be done. The maids themselves were excellent and did everything asked of them. Before they left, another employee showed up and inspected the work and then asked me to do the same. I only had one area I asked them to spend a bit more time on and they did. I was very happy with the service.

One item that I have asked about repeatedly, those stupid stickers on the toilet paper. I know the maid has been here -- I can small the cleaner when I open the door. I don't need those idiotic stickers to know they've been there!
