The people are very nice. I live alone and very seldomly entertain or have overnight guests. I pick up and prepare my house before you come. I only have your service once a month.
I would like to have my kitchen and entryway tile floors cleaned with soap and water rather than just vacuumed or dry mopped. My wood floors look like they have a film on them after cleaning. They should look clean and shiny. I often provide a wood floor cleaner to be used. I am out. I will get more. I will also provide Mr. Clean to be used to mop my kitchen and entryway tile floors. Do I need to provide the bucket and mop as well?
Two rooms in my house do not get cleaned. The doors are closed as they are very cluttered. I hope to someday get them cleaned up so they can be cleaned. My basement, and two full baths are used very seldomly used maybe once a year. Because i am paying for all rooms to be cleaned, and very few are even used, I would like more time and attention given to my master bedroom/bath and my floors. Thank you.
