Efficient, thorough, like to have same person

the fact I don't have to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen floor. Dusting could be done a little more and better. I find nothing is moved just dusted around it.

I like that the products used have no odor of pine, bleach, or ammonia. I have recommended Merry Maids. Having had several different maids come in, they all have individual strengths and they are all very pleasant, polite, and careful. They rarely miss cleaning something, but if they do, it is easily done and is not difficult. I think the women we have had are quick, and do a good job.

I like that I don't have to worry about it. Every time my house is cleaned it's done thoroughly and correctly, and I don't have to have any part in that. It's done while I'm at work, my house is clean when I get home, and I don't have to worry about anything.

I also like that the products don't have a strong chemical smell, or a strong fragrance.

You send a voice message the day before cleaning verifying the time. The maids are nice, courteous and receptive to suggestions. The cleaning products leave no harsh smells. The maids are almost always on time or slightly early. They all seem very trustworthy.

I like how nice my house smells after they are done cleaning.
