The last couple of times the people showed up about an hour later than I was expecting them without anyone giving me a call to tell me that would be the case. Which is pretty unprofessional. But they consistently show up. Which is more than I can say for the last company I worked with. They often didn't have people available when I needed them. I also like that I get a reminder call a day or two before the scheduled appointment to make certain I don't forget when it is. I get pretty busy sometimes and can have a lot of things on my mind. Getting that reminder is pretty helpful to me. Overall, it's a pretty hassle free experience. Which is what I was looking for. The point is to make things more convenient for me. So if I have to do the company's work for them, it defeats the purpose of hiring them.

Very friendly non judgmental and flexible with tasks to be added in allotted time. I’ve been noticing my mirrors, faucets, and windows have a shine to them. They’re more than clean and clear. It’s amazing. Bringing all needed tools is also great. Yes the “Maids are Merry” indeed and make me Merry also.

Cleaning products are better than what the average person can purchase at the store. I can actually see my reflection on my shower walls, wasn't able to do that before Merry Maids. My kitchen floor is starting to shine again also! Employees are friendly and personable, do a very nice job of cleaning, very pleased.

The young cleaner arrives when you say they will, and does a good job of cleaning. I like that there is no lemony or antiseptic odor when we get back. It smells clean, but not a cover up kind of clean. The cleaners we have had have not dawdled, but simply went to work, and finished the job well.

All of the Merry Maids who have come to my home are highly skilled and motivated to make it a lot nicer inside than it was when they got here. I haven't discussed the products they use, but the place is always standing tall when their work is done. Merry Maids are also decidedly merry, plus dedicated to giving a major housecleaning effort with every visit. I am totally satisfied with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

All-inclusive, thorough cleaning job, very pleased. Products used clean better than those available to general public. First time in years that I can actually see my reflection on the shower walls! Even cleaned the face plates on the toggle light switches, wiped down blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. Oven very clean, like new with the product that was used on it.

Heidi continues to do a great job for us. She is pleasant and we enjoy having her give good care to our home. She is flexible about the order in which she cleans and gives extra care to certain areas when requested.

It's great to have a home cleaning on a regular basis. This frees up my time to do other things I enjoy. Thank you!

Our housekeeper has done a fantastic job throughout the year. She is kind courteous and efficient and always leaves the house looking great .

Mybathroom really needed cleaning and Sarah did a wonderful job. She also dusted some very dusty furniture and made it look great. I will definitely have her come back.

The Merry Maids do a pretty good job of getting into the corners to clean. I wish they were allowed to move some things to dust, but can understand why they don't-the liability and all. I like that they are on time, especially with the uncertain weather, and they call if they need to reschedule. It shows respect for our time as well.
